We deliver across Egypt with the following options:

• Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days — EGP 50
• Alexandria: 3-4 business days — EGP 60
• Other Governorates: 4-7 business days — EGP 75

You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your MAQAM pieces. If something doesn't work out:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Exchange for a different size is free of charge
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Iron on low heat if needed
